sang for good friday mass today followed by ephrem practice,but i left early to visit my godpa's grave with my family.
on the way to the cemetery it had started to drizzle and by the time we reached it was raining moderately.so it was really like a picture when we were all praying in the rain around godpa's grave,rain hitting against the umbrellas and dripping onto our clothes.hands clasped and heads bowed with soft murmurings of prayers heard.i thought about how my godfather wouldnt be around for future occasions like birthdays or marriages...then i remembered he couldnt attend my confirmation last year and he didnt see me without braces for the first time this year.all these things that have happened was because of him,i woudnt be confirmed if he wasnt a priest,maybe a would but i wouldnt have been so open minded and accepting about the catholic faith if godpa wasnt a priest.
for the braces my godpa was so willing to get them for me even though he was talking to my brother about getting braces for him,i overheard and said i wanted braces too and he just said, "okay,you and your brother are getting braces" i never thought i would have gotten the braces but he really brought me along for the first checkup and by the following friday i had them.and now they've come off,they were removed after my godfather had passed on,i kept praying for him to wake up and survive so that he could see me and my brother without our braces,but now he's viewing from up-top in paradise,i am ever thankful to him for being a positive influence in the catholic faith and for being the best godpa i could ever have,no one can replace you godpa,i love you and i miss you.as they say "absence makes the heart grow fonder" now i know its really true

not much to blog about i guess,the click five are coming back to singapore for a full gig at the singapore indoor stadium in june,coolio:) erbers are all planning to make shirts just for the concert,haha,so fun,mines gonna have a banana on it:D hahaha,school is normal,went for chinese b today,freakin boring,did some test thingy today,got half of it wrong,haha!i suck at chinese...anyhoo,i dont really have much to blog about so yeah...

HOLLA!
i didnt blog for the longest time,due to laziness and the fact that i was in sentosa from wednesday to today morning/afternoon.so, stuff that happened...
wednesday:
went to sentosa with momma and brother,kenneth,papi fetched us there,was evening already so didnt do much,but i had a late night swim with my brothers and cousin,then went up to hotel room to chillax in the tub and listen to some music,soothing...after that watched american idol but dozed off before the last 2 cause the little cousins tristen and ariel were screaming during the show and running around and i had to chase them to shut up,so yeah i was tired.the bed was freakin comfortable.
thursday:
woke up around 7 or 8,didnt feel lethargic at all for some weird reason...but yeah,went to the buffet for breakfast with my brothers and cousin,food was pretty bland,boring non-excitable.after that went back up to change clothes.after changing my outfit and tying up my laces,whole family,grandmomma,grand-aunty,2 brothers,3 cousins and myself,we all set off for underwater world,my favourite:)i fed stingrays and touched sharks.got some photos...yeap,and i took a photo with an albino snake with my little monsters,i mean, cousins.and i got atemp dragon tattoo,i like it.after underwaterworld,nothing much to do cause it was raining,if it wasnt andy would have come over,but damn.went back and stayed in the whole day,had a nice bath again at night,with music and watched american idol results,david hernandez is out this time,i dont really care whos out anymore,unless its david cook or ramiele cause they are my favourites,haha,i miss danny...had a good night's rest,the bed is seriously comfortable.
friday:
left sentosa around 12 to meet andy to watch step up 2!it was fun!i like going out with andy,my bestie:)the movie is damn nice,i love the final dance in this one,the geeky guy "moose" is super cute,for a geek,and he's got a freakin six-pac!ahh...i have got to watch it again...

gah,im tired,i dont feel like typing but whatever,haha.i went over to andy's house today,i did her nails,filed them and painted them,now i gotta do my own nails to look all prettied up for the hols,ego much?yeah,come back down to earth vanessa!got it.
oh and danny is out of american idol...he's a freakin good singer!why?why?WHY?dammit.however david cook is still in and he's one of my favs,thats good i guess...seems like all the good things in life just vanish like that.danny was the funnest thing to watch on tv in ,like,ages!and he's gone,damn."You said you'd be coming back this way again baby"come on danny,come back.
oh and peanut had a secret for andy and me today.a new piercing.just the thing we needed on a lazy saturday afternoon...i get it that shes going through stuff,but arent we all going through our own problems?piercings are not cool when they start becoming an addiction,please,stop.have you seen people walking down the street?with all the metal hanging from every available part of their face,maybe even their bodies?i like piercings,maybe one or two,but not so much that they overcrowd your face and body,sorry to people who have that amount of piercings but, to me that's just gross.

life is hectic,hectic.school sucks,everything about it sucks.the work is killer,my mindset used to be that i liked secondary school and i would be sad to leave in 2 years but now,its all upside down.i cant wait to collect my results after 'O' levels and leave forever to pursue my own destiny,far far away from all the stress they call high school.it seems that change makes everyone go loopy....gah.tomorrow i am so not going to sports day,i dont want to.im not going to watch people running the blistering heat and stand around and offer drinks to people,damn it.
it was supposedly the "golden years",but somehow it all seems grey...grey areas all around,no plain black and white...i just wish a was a kid again,no worries,no cares,no stress.only innocent friendships and candy.the friendships are here now and im ever grateful,these friendships are the only things that keep me coming back to school,it reminds me that im not the only one in this big blur.i love my friends:)
